Experts support

At 2perspectives everything revolves around the right support from experts for experts. We see our clients as experts in their business who are looking for consultants with many years of market and practical experience to solve concrete problems in a practical way. In doing so, we always view all our actions from two perspectives: the role of the consultant and the role of the entrepreneur.

Thanks to many years of experience in a renowned management consultancy and at the same time our own long-term management responsibility, we combine theory and practice and always focus on the realistic feasibility of measures.

For more than 20 years, we have been working for the most diverse sectors of the health care system – such as clinics, health insurance companies, medical technology companies or medical professional organisations.

We see ourselves as boutique consultants for service providers, industry and health insurance companies, but also as support for other consulting companies looking for many years of expert experience for specific projects.

Clients

The healthcare sector is characterized by a high degree of complexity - driven by strong regulation and a large number of market participants. In addition to a wide variety of challenges, this also offers great opportunities.

We have a central focus in the hospital sector, but also have many years of experience in expert consulting for large medical technology companies, health insurance companies and other consulting firms. At the same time, we support healthcare start-ups in their development and market access.

Our clients particularly appreciate our many years of experience, our practical and pragmatic approach, our broad understanding of the interfaces in healthcare and our high flexibility - always with the aim of achieving a tangible and measurable result.

With our understanding of mobile applications and digitalization, we bridge the gap between the old economy and the new economy for a large number of our customers.

Products & Check-Up & Storyline

Consulting does not have to mean investing a lot of money. Sometimes it is worthwhile to look beyond your own nose with a limited amount of effort. The more deeply one is involved in day-to-day business, the more difficult it becomes to take the "helicopter perspective". This is quite normal.

Frequently enough, we ourselves have experienced how important it is to take the time for a change of perspective. Whether on strategic issues or the practical implementation of measures.

Sometimes you are "stuck", but don't take the time to correct. But this is where responsibility begins. You get new ideas and fresh input for the complexity of business development through feedback from "outside".

We have developed a wide variety of methods to help our clients at short notice, quickly and with limited effort.

Clinic-Quick-Check

After a selection of key figures, individual interviews and a pragmatic competitive analysis, we will give you an "external view" of your clinic in a few days.

Direct Costing

We create transparency regarding the profitability of your specialist departments and locations: fast, comprehensible and easily repeatable.
And all this without large software solutions for a lot of money.

Strategy Storyline

With our many years of experience as well as selected analyses and interviews, we outline a concrete and comprehensible solution option for the future development of your company.

Market Research

We support you with market and competition analyses, state-of-the-art examples for concrete questions or assessments for new business areas in the health care sector.
Short-term and specific.

Expert Interviews

Are you looking for a validation of your business strategy? Then we can use our extensive network to discuss your hypotheses.
You will quickly and efficiently receive a market assessment and a go-to-market strategy.

Innovation Fund

We support you in the preparation, validation and submission of your individual innovation fund application.
As an external partner, we are also happy to take over the management and coordination of the various parties involved during the preparation of the application as well as during the subsequent project implementation within the framework of the Innovation Fund.

TEAM

We want your organization to change positively and sustainably. We fully concentrate our support on a high impact and the further development of your company.

Our individual solutions are characterised by the understanding that each organisation has its own specific history and challenge, which have an influence on daily decisions. Combined with our years of experience, we support you with passion and measurable results.

Change Perspective

How many consulting projects make sense? How often do they meet the actual core of your company's challenges? And in how many cases do you see an urgent need for support, but shy away from the risk of investing in a consulting project?

For us, management support does not just mean consulting.
From our own management experience, we consider feedback from "outside" to be very important. For this purpose, you don't have to start a consulting project.
As a sparring partner for your company's management team, we want to provide the inspiration for new ideas.

Together with you and your management team, we reflect on why projects are not implemented and goals are not achieved. We discuss with you how a sustainable strategy or organisational change can look like and help you to break out of the daily "hamster wheel" of day-to-day business.
For interim projects, we provide accompanying consulting that supports sustainable change.

Topics

We make countless decisions every day. Often with intuition, gut feeling and life experience. When decisions are highly complex, have unforeseeable consequences or have a large number of stakeholders, it makes sense to change perspectives.

From many discussions with our clients we have developed three formats with which we want to help to put decisions on a broader basis in the short term.

Management Discussion & Workshops

We support you in important discussions in the management board, prepare discussions with your executives and moderate management workshops. We take your management team on a journey to more personal responsibility. With state-of-the-art management solutions, we enable your organization to react faster and more innovatively to market trends.

Reflection & Sparring

Further development takes place via feedback. As a managing director or top management executive, you often receive little feedback for new and alternative ideas.

We see ourselves as sparring partners for the management team. We put our finger in the wound, if necessary. We support you in taking the "big picture perspective" and reflecting the strategy of your company as well as your own actions in a confidential environment.

Consulting & Interim Management

Short-term "step in" and implement changes, assuming responsibility and practically solving the current challenges. To this end, we contribute our leadership and consulting experience. In addition to the tasks of interim management, we see ourselves as consultants to the management team and the client. We think not only of the temporary solution of a management need, but especially of the sustainability of our commitment.

CREATING VALUE IN HEALTHCARE

Individual consulting in health care with a focus on medical and physician topics - Economic success through optimal patient benefit

HEART AND SOUL FOR SUSTAINABLE CHANGE

More than 70% of the projects do not achieve their goals across all industries. We have understood exactly which success factors are necessary to increase the probability of implementation for our customers. We are interested in success, not in "consultant days". That's why we let our clients measure us by our success factors.

As consultants, we are passionate about sustainable changes in the health care system and are only satisfied when a noticeable and measurable implementation success is achieved. We translate strategy and action ideas into concrete, implementable and sufficiently detailed action packages. We create transparency for continuous follow-up, "force" the project team to focus and prioritize and ensure that the critical success factors are adhered to.

Topics

Sustainable change requires not only creative ideas and innovation, but also a clearly structured process. Creative chaos does not lead to success in complex companies.

We are committed to ensure that your optimisation and implementation programs have scope for new ideas and further developments, while at the same time being prepared in sufficient detail and followed up transparently according to a clear stringency.

Implementation Preparation

The quality of the preparation for implementation is essential for the probability of achieving the objectives. Prioritisation and focus play a decisive role. Only those who are prepared to successively implement will achieve a high degree of success. Only by focusing enough leeway remains to prepare individual measures sufficiently concrete and detailed as well as to implement them pragmatically and practically. We do not create our implementation concepts at the "drawing board", but always together with the employees.

Implementation Support

Sustainable success can only be achieved if the employees are convinced of your company. We can achieve this if we inspire them to change through noticeable - even short-term - project successes and innovation.

We involve the employees at an early stage and participate the project managers in our methods. With comprehensive transparency of the project progress, we ensure prompt communication and involve the company.

Implementation Control

We recommend the use of suitable software tools to support efficient coordination. Efficient coordination can only be successful if there is continuous information on where there is a need for support or decision-making.

ChangeMaker enables us to ensure the coordination of complex projects at the push of a button.

(5) Right to cancellation ("right to be forgotten")

You have the right to ask the data controller to delete personal data about you immediately and we are obligated to delete personal data immediately if any of the following reasons apply:

The right to deletion ("right to be forgotten") does not exist insofar as the processing is necessary:

- to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information;

- to fulfil a legal obligation which the processing requires under the law of the Union or of the Member States to which the controller is subject or to perform a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;

a. the processing is based on a consent pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a or Article 9 paragraph 2 letter a or on a contract pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b DSGVO and

b. the processing is carried out using automated procedures.

When exercising the right to data transfer pursuant to paragraph 1, you have the right to obtain that the personal data be transferred directly from one responsible person to another responsible person, insofar as this is technically feasible. Notwithstanding Directive 2002/58/EC, you may exercise your right to object in relation to the use of information society services by means of automated procedures using technical specifications.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data concerning yourself for the purposes of scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes as referred to in Article 89(1) for reasons connected with your particular situation, unless such processing is necessary for the performance of a task in the public interest.

You may exercise your right to object at any time by contacting the controller concerned.

(9) Automated decisions on a case-by-case basis, including profiling

a. is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the data subject and the person responsible,

b. is authorised by Union or national legislation to which the data controller is subject and contains appropriate measures to safeguard the rights and freedoms and the legitimate interests of the data subject or

c. with the express consent of the data subject.

The controller shall take appropriate measures to safeguard the rights and freedoms and the legitimate interests of the data subject, including at least the right to have the data subject intervene, to present his or her views and to contest the decision.

Without prejudice to any available administrative or extrajudicial remedy, including the right to appeal to a supervisory authority under Article 77 DSGVO, you have the right to an effective judicial remedy if you consider that your rights under this Regulation have been infringed as a result of a processing of your personal data that is not in accordance with this Regulation.

Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA where it will be shortened. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

(2) The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

(3) You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and Google from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

(4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This shortens the processing of IP addresses, which means that they cannot be linked to individuals. If the data collected about you is related to a person, this is excluded immediately, and the personal data is deleted immediately.

(5) We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained allow us to improve our services and make them more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. Use of social media plug-ins

(1) We are currently using the following social media plug-ins: [Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Xing, LinkedIn]. We use the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the plug-ins. You can recognize the provider of the plug-in by the mark on the box above, his initial letter or the logo. We offer you the possibility to communicate directly with the provider of the plug-in via the button. Only if you click on the marked field and thereby activate it will the plug-in provider receive the information that you have called up the corresponding website of our online service. In addition, the data collected during your visit to our website will be transmitted. When it comes to Facebook and Xing, the IP address is immediately made anonymous after collection, according to information provided by the respective providers in Germany. When the plug-in is activated, personal data is transferred from you to the respective plug-in provider and stored there (in the case of US providers in the USA). Since the plug-in provider collects data in particular via cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies via your browser's security settings before clicking on the grayed-out box.

(2) We have no influence on the collected data and data processing procedures, nor are we aware of the full scope of data collection, the purposes of processing and the storage periods. We also do not have any information on the deletion of the collected data by the plug-in provider.

(3) The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as user profiles and uses these for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of it´s website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (also for users who are not logged in) to display demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact the respective plug-in provider to exercise this right. The plug-ins enable you to interact with social networks and other users so that we can improve our services and make them more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of the plug-ins is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

(4) The data transfer takes place regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in with the plug-in provider, your data collected by us will be directly assigned to your existing account with the plug-in provider. If you press the activated button and, for example, link the page, the plug-in provider also stores this information in your user account and communicates it publicly to your contacts. We recommend that you log out regularly after using a social network, but especially before activating the button, as this allows you to avoid being assigned to your profile by the plug-in provider.
